PowerPoint Presentations

Shows PowerPoint slideshows using the Microsoft PowerPoint viewer to display slides.

Important To display PowerPoint files you must have the 64-bit version of PowerPoint (Office16) installed on your machine. You should also disable protected views: open PowerPoint and navigate to Options / Trust Center / Trust Center Settings... / Protected View and disable the options. Otherwise you may find that you may not be able to show some presentations.

Open PowerPointSelects and loads PowerPoint file for immediate viewing
Reload PowerPointReloads currently selected PowerPoint and preview images
Add to Playlist Choose file to add to Playlist. Files can also be dragged to the Playlist or added with the right click context menu.
PowerPoint Preferences Shows and hides more options
Next Move to next slide
Back Move back 1 slide
Left Arrow Move to previous show item (same as keyboard left arrow)
Right Arrow Move to next show item (same as keyboard right arrow)

Clicking on the preview images will change the displayed slide.
Keyboard functions are identical to PowerPoint.

If you are using animations use the left and right buttons or the left and right arrow keyboard keys. Any slide with animations will have is preview outlined with a red border.

PowerPoint Preferences

Change slide automatically
Select 'Enable' to change the slides automatically. The default display time is 10 seconds; this can be changed from the dialog. Use the Pause button to stop and restart automatic slide changing.
Use large or extra large previews
If checked larger preview windows are used in the slide preview ribbon.
