Playlist Grouping Dialog

Adds coloured groupings to the Playlist.
All the playlist items beneath the grouping can be hidden and re-shown by clicking the grouping title. Groupings extend to the next grouping title or to the bottom of the playlist whichever comes first.

The grouping can be moved, edited and deleted .

OK	Closes dialog and adds a grouping at the current position
Cancel	Closes dialog without making changes
Background Colour	Opens dialogue to choose grouping background colour
