PowerPoint
Important To display PowerPoint files you must have the 64-bit version of PowerPoint (Office16) installed on your machine. You should also disable protected views: open PowerPoint and navigate to Options / Trust Center / Trust Center Settings... / Protected View and disable the options. Otherwise you may find that you may not be able to show some presentations.

Add a PowerPoint to the Playlist
There are several options:
- Drag the file to the Playlist and wait for the previews to load
- Use the right click context menu on the Playlist and select 'Add to Playlist' then 'PowerPoint...' select the file and wait for the previews to load
- Go to the Powerpoint tab. Use Open PowerPoint to load and preview the file, wait for the previews to load and then click the Add to Playlist button, the previews will load again

- Use Open PowerPoint to load the file, wait for the previews to load
- Click the preview on the shuttle at the bottom of the screen or use the Next and Back buttons to change the slides
Show a PowerPoint
- Ensure the PowerPoint has been added to the Playlist or loaded as a preview
- The Show button in the toolbar must have been selected
- If you are using the Playlist select the Playlist item, otherwise switch to the PowerPoint tab and click the preview window
- Click the preview on the shuttle at the bottom of the screen or use the Next and Back buttons to change the slides
- If you are using animations use the left and right buttons or the left and right arrow keyboard keys. Any slide with animations will have is preview outlined with a red border.
- If you need larger previews in the shuttle select PowerPoint Preferences and then Use large previews (and Extra Large if necessary)
