| Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809
This update has made Songview virtually unusable. Unable to view anything as we now have a black screen both in preview and show modes. Can work around by going to preferences and selecting legacy, then going to the STD button and double clicking. Any ideas? |

| Yes just noticed this on a new laptop. If you just use the legacy setting for now it will be OK. Meanwhile working on a fix. |

| Open the Preferences dialog and go to the Display tab. Look for the legacy text rendering checkbox. It switches back to GDI text rendering rather than Direct Write. There is a bug in Windows that I am hoping they will fix otherwise I will need to do a work around |

| The code in version 4.518 has been modified so that it now works with this Windows release. |
